The petitioner made a representation seeking water connection to his house to the respondents on 03.10.2017 and the same is pending with the second respondent without consideration. Hence, the petitioner seeks disposal of his representation.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.10.2017, either accepting or rejecting it, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
