This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.(A2)/3415/2020 dated 24.07.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the above said petition filed to challenge proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and 2/4

now, particular time was lapsed and thereby, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents also admitted the above said facts. 4.In view of the above submissions and considering the fact that already time was lapsed, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
