ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 03.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.This is the second bail petition. The petitioner's earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4479 of 2021 was dismissed after considering all the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is seen from the case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the main accused and only on his instruction, the Ganja was procured for illegal transportation to Srilanka. Since the dismissal of the earlier bail petition, there is no change of circumstances in this case and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
