ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the instruction given by the jurisdictional Tahsildar.

2. It is seen therefrom that the revenue authorities are of the view that subject to appropriate conditions, the petition mentioned event can be permitted to be held.

3. In this view of the matter, I direct the second respondent to issue appropriate proceedings granting permission for conduct of the event. It is open to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions. The 2/4

petitioner is obliged to adhere to the same. Such proceedings shall be issued within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
