3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and that the investigation in this case is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
