ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tami Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 Act, in Crime No.9 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the accused persons have trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant and abused her in filthy language and also attacked her. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

No.6989 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner's earlier two petitions were dismissed on the ground that the petitioner having previous cases and this is the third petition for anticipatory bail. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
