ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A-44-19 passed by the fourth respondent dated 24.07.2020 and consequently directing the respondents to provide patta to the petitioner in Door No.1430/A6 in Survey Nos.211/1B, 211/2 in an extent of two cents situated at Baiyoor Pillaivayal Village Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 23.08.2020.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appellate authority and further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appellate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
