ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.233 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of IPC has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not stolen any jewels. The petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
