PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

For Petitioner : Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj For R1 and R2 : Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent / de-facto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint preferred by the third respondent / de-facto complainant was enquired and the same was closed. Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner is not correct and the same has been denied. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
