O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The matter in issue pertains to the non-consideration of application submitted for issuance of Hindu Kattunayakan Community Certificate, in favour of the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Selvi.R.Tania.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that after due verification, the community certificate has been issued in favour of the daughter of the petitioner and also undertakes to submit a copy of the same to the Registry by way of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9402 of 2020 email, as well as to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions, may be recorded and appropriate orders may be passed.

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions, no further orders are necessary in this Writ petition. The writ petition is closed. No costs.
