ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint dated 21.05.2018, given by the petitioner's father, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the basis of the CM cell petition filed by the petitioner's mother. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him/her.
5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
