ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 376 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime 1/3

No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that they have not registered any case as against this petitioner and a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.235 of 2024.

3.Since the respondent police has not registered any case against the petitioner, this petition is dismissed, as there is no apprehension of arrest as against him. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 4.At the same time, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
