(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal. Mr.M.Murugan, Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. The nature of orders passed herein below, this Court consider it not necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent.

2.This petitioner has filed this Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 15.03.2018 for taking necessary action upon the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 3 and 4 in respect of fraudulent registration of the deed No.574/2018 dated 05.02.2018.

4.Learned Government Advocate informs that pursuant to the receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.03.2018, the 2nd respondent has proceeded to the spot for verification and due enquiry is in progress.

5.In such view of the matter, this petition shall stand closed. No costs.
