*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the third respondent in the cart track in Survey No.76/1A of Thadicombu Village, Dindigul Taluk. The writ petitioner has already given a representation dated 18.10.2015 in this regard.

2.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and if any encroachment on the public pathway is noticed, he shall take action to remove the same, after issuing notice to the affected parties and after following the statutory procedure. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
