The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2017 and thereby direct the 4th Respondent to measure the boundaries of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.305/1A2, Malayagaundanpatti Village, Ammayanakanoor Town Panchayat, Nilakotai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the third respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
