PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw and transfer the case in Crime No.32 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and may direct the second respondent to file final report within a stipulated period. ORDER
This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case in Crime No.32 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and may direct the second respondent to file final report within a stipulated period.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.32 of 2022 has been completed and they are at the urge of filing final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
3. In view of the completion of investigation, the prayer for transfer does not require consideration.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 06.05.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8726 of 2022, the name of the petitioner's counsel has been wrongly mentioned as "Mr.P.Vijayaraja" instead of "Ms.S.Saranya" and therefore, prays for appropriate orders.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Registry to incorporate the name of the counsel for the petitioner as "Ms.S.Saranya" instead of "Mr.P.Vijayaraja" in the order dated 06.05.2022 and issue revised order copy by tomorrow i.e., 13.07.2023. 12.07.2023 vsm
