ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands. The petitioner has made an application on 03.03.2025 in this regard.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.
4. Admittedly the petitioner, based on a registered sale deed in his favour, has sought for survey to be conducted. The petitioner's application is pending from 03.03.2025.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's survey application dated 03.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
