O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents herein not to harass the Petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 3rd Respondent herein.

2. It is the issue between the employee and employer. This petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent herein, stating that the third respondent is making trouble stating that the petitioner has not remitted the amount which was collected by him during the employment period.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received from the third respondent and only the complaint that was given by this petitioner is kept pending.

4. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that under the guise of making enquiry in his complaint, harassment is made to the petitioner by the respondent and the payment is made regarding the amount alleged to have been taken place in this matter.

5. Since there is no counter complaint has been given by the third repsondent and the payment is made by the petitioner, the complaint given by the petitioner may be closed by the respondent.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
