2.Heard Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
