Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRASANTH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3575 of 2023 dated 23.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 28.04.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
