This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.450/- in CRP(MD)SR.No.110747 of 2025.

2.I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
