ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the fourth respondent to approve forthwith the appointment of the writ petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the fifth respondent school.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the appointment of the writ petitioner has been approved by the Competent Educational Authority. The Education Department filed a writ appeal and in the writ appeal, the Honourable Division Bench directed the Department to release the grant-in-aid salary to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner has also submitted a representation to the respondents. It is needless to state that once an approval of appointment is granted, the Competent Educational Authority as well as the Management should disburse the salary to the Teacher without any further lapse of time.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the salary was already disbursed in respect of the period from 01.05.2017. However, the salary due earlier is yet to be paid to the writ petitioner. Thus the respondents are directed to initiate all steps to settle the entire salary in accordance with the orders of the Court and as well as the approval of the appointment as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
