O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his son from the custody of the respondents 3 to 5 before this Court and hand over him to the petitioner.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.From the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, it appears that

the detenu has been secured on 30.06.2018 and he was present with the petitioner who is his father.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is the case of illegal detention and the detenu was brutally attacked and the complaint filed in CSR No.101 of 2018 was wrongly closed.

4.We do not keep this matter any longer, especially, when the detenu has been secured. In so far as closing of the complaint is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
