PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.05.2018.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he made a complaint before the respondent police, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Therefore, he filed the present Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry conducted by the second respondent. Therefore, the complaint of the petitioner was closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the respondent police and place all the materials.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to provide one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear for enquiry and thereafter, complete the enquiry, in accordance with law, within period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
