Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAMSUNDARVIJAYARAJ.S, Advocate for M/s.VEERA ASSOCIATES for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period from 18.05.201 to 28.05.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.3955 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are the bread winners of the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week of every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
