Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in his proceedings Refusal Number. RFL/2 Number Sub-registrar Tirunelveli 18/2025, dated.18.03.2025, quash the same and direct the respondent to register the sale deed, dated. 18.03.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the following relief : ''Writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in his proceedings Refusal Number. RFL/2 Number Subregistrar Tirunelveli 18/2025, dated.18.03.2025, quash the same and direct the respondent to register the sale deed, dated.18.03.2025.''

2. Mr.Karan Singh, appearing for Mr.M.Pandian, states that the respondent refused to receive the document on the ground that the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the petitioner's father kld; have not been produced.

3. Mr.Ramesh Arumugam, appearing for the respondent, states, if the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the petitioner's father are produced, the Sub-Registrar will register the document.

4. In the light of the subsequent development, since the petitioner is willing to produce the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased kld;, the impugned order is quashed. The Sub-Registrar shall register the document presented by the petitioner only if the petitioner produces the aforesaid documents.

5. In so far as the second ground that No Objection Certificate has to be obtained, the issue is covered by a judgment of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.28743 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, (G.K.Ilanthiraiyan,J.).

6. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. 15.04.2025 NCC :
