2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the investigation has been almost completed and they require four more weeks to file the final report.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
