PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent / de-facto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there is no case or petition pending against the petitioner.
Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner is not correct.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
