Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to issue patta for the lands allotted by the Government to the petitioners by considering the representations dated 10.08.2015 and 18.08.2015. For Petitioners :

COMMON ORDER In all these writ petitions the respective writ petitioners seek for a direction to the respondents to issue free patta in respect of the lands already allotted by the Government in their favour. 2.According to the petitioners even though the third respondent issued proceedings on 20.06.2014 favouring the petitioners' claim for getting free patta, till this date, the same has not been issued. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioners have made their individual representation on 10.08.2015 and 18.08.2015. Therefore, it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the request of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, all these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
