ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.2 of 2020, dated 01.01.2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti on 28.05.2021. But it was not taken on file sofar. Since the final report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction.

3.However, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti to look into the matter and process the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
