This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, calling for the First Information Report, pertaining to the case in Crime No.323 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed on 28.02.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, and the same was not yet taken on file.
