PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4255 of 2018, dated 01.02.2021.

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 01.02.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.4255 of 2018. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondent Corporation has filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)NO.1211 of 2021. In the said Writ Appeal, the Division Bench of this court has granted an interim stay.

3.The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
