Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15263 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.R.Maheswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. 1/3

Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 10.09.2024. Accordingly, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 15263 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024. 3.Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 21.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 15263 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
