ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Sole accused, apprehends arrest in connection with the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) issued on 12.04.2022 in S.C.No.421 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. Since the NBW is pending, it could not be appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.However, the petitioner may be granted liberty to file an application to recall the warrant with a direction to the Trial Court to consider the same on the same day of filing the application.
