ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry initiated against the respondents 2 and 3 in Complaint No.561 of 2024.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent/the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry would submit that the process of enquiry has already been concluded and a final decision will be taken and the orders passed will be communicated to the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
3.In view of the said submission, no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
