Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for R1 & R2, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the FIR registered in Crime No.43 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.4079 of 2020 3.It is seen that since the First Information Report now required to be dispensed with the production of the certified copy is in the year of 2012, it is not difficult to the petitioner to get the certified copy.
4.In view of the above reason, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
