ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.295 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons abused the defacto complainant and his family members and brutally assaulted them. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant and her family members, brutally. He has also produced the photographs showing the nature of injury suffered by the victim in this case. Hence, prayed to dismiss the petition.

5. Considering the manner in which, the occurrence took place and the nature of injury sustained by the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
