ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to provide Police protection to the petitioners from the Respondents 3 to 10. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7829 of 2021 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that the first petitioner was murdered by the respondents 3, 5 and 8. Now, the second petitioner apprehended life threat from the accused persons.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that enquiry is pending on the complaint of the petitioner.

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 09.06.2021, lodged by the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
