O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.9387 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.608 of 2022, dated 06.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by referring to the invitation of the petitioner's daughter's puberty function seeks modification of the condition imposed on him. He further submits that now the victim girl got married and living in a different place. This petitioner is prepared to give an undertaking that he will not disturb the victim girl and her family.

3.This Court has directed the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police Station in order to avoid any further untoward incident to the victim. Now, it is reported that the victim girl got married and living in a different place and the petitioner is prepared to give an undertaking that he will not disturb the victim girl and her family.
