Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2623 of 2025, dated 12.02.2025.

2. Mr.C.Ezhilarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only 28 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 12.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2623 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, first working day of every week (ie., either on Monday or Next day) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
