This petition has been filed by the petitioners to amend the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4813 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 by amending the 1st petitioner's name in the petition and order copy as 'Suppiramani @ Balasubramanian' instead of 'Balasubramanian @ Subramanian'.

2. Since the name of the 1st petitioner is mentioned as 'Balasubramanian' in the Aadhaar Card and other identity cards, the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989, Theni District is directed to accept the order passed by the Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4813 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 as it is without insisting the 1st petitioners to correct his name. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
