Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to survey the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.589/1, 589/3A5A, 589/3C and 589/3B1, 589/1A (102 square meter), 589/4 (1836 squre meter), 598/3B1 (220 square meter), 589/3C1 (269 square meter) and consequently, direct the respondent to ear-mark the actual acquisition by erecting boundary stone and to pass such orders and also to file a report before the Court about the present states of the land in the aforesaid survey numbers. The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to survey the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.589/1, 589/3A5A, 589/3C, 589/3B1, 589/1A, 589/4, 598/3B1 and 589/3C1 and direct the fifth respondent to ear-mark the actual acquisition by erecting boundary stone and to file a report before the Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
