Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4652 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025.

2. Mr.V.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions only 19 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4652 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police weekly once (ie., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
