The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments stated to have been made by the fourth respondent herein. 2.This Court directs the third respondent herein to enquire into the matter and if any encroachment is noticed, take action in accordance with law for removal of the same, after issuing notice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the alleged encroacher and by following due process of law. The third respondent shall act in association with the second respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
