ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused Nos.2, 4, 7 to 10, in crime No.48 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, (I ADJ), Tiruchirappalli, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in crime No.48 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
