ORDER

According to the petitioner, the second respondent has preferred a complaint before the first respondent police against the petitioner. The said complaint has been registered in Crime No.102 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i) IPC. Challenging the said First Information Report, the petitioner is before this Court on the ground that the offence would not attract against the petitioner under Section 294(b) IPC and other grounds raised in the Criminal Original Petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur on 12.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is
