These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.3270,3271 and 3273 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos. 2830,2831 and 2883 of 2022, dated 17.03.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
