ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Kokila, aged about 32 years went missing from 01.05.2022 and that her whereabouts are not known.
2. Today, Mr.T.Malaichamy, Sub Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station is present.
3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier Kokila had given a complaint against the petitioner in All Women Police Station, Dindigul, based on which, a petition enquiry in CSR No.525/2021 was registered. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that Kokila developed illicit intimacy with one Panneerselvam and said to have eloped with her. Hence, the fact remains that Kokila is not in the illegal custody of the respondents for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
