ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, calling for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.175 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioners herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed on 30.06.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Dindigul West.
