ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.Sepana @ Sree, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to grant extension of time to the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14739 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12543 of 2023, dated 17.10.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police.
3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that this is the fifth application for extension of time. Already this Court granted extension of time for four times. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
